Applications Now Being Accepted for the Fall 2024 Cohort

The ѨƵ Leadership in Higher Education (LHE) program is actively seeking candidates for its fall 2024 cohort! Graduate internships are available in function areas across campus including residence life, the career center, study abroad, first year experience and more. Applications to the LHE program are reviewed on a rolling basis and candidates are encouraged to apply early for interview day preference.

Whether you are a recent college graduate, working higher ed professional or degreed individual seeking a career transition, Baldwin Wallace's Leadership in Higher Education (LHE) program is engaging, real-world focused and comprehensive.

ѨƵ's LHE program uniquely integrates both academic affairs and student life. You'll complete two substantially different one-year internships covering both academic affairs and student life - a key advantage for career exploration and employment.

Flexible, Integrated Higher Education Administration Degree

  • Full-time students complete two distinct internships on ѨƵ's campus or at a nearby college during this two-year program.
  • Part-time students already working in professional roles at higher education institutions complete internships on their own campuses.
  • Coursework includes synergetic combination of theory with practical application on topics like student development, campus diversity, college outcomes, ethical decision-making, funding and finance, staff development and marketing.
  • Cohort-style program and strong faculty-student mentoring foster personal, academic and career support.
